What Information Lixia Uses
Account Information: name, email address, authentication details.
Conversations: messages, voice interactions, requests.
Visual Content: images, documents, screens, camera sessions.
Memories: saved notes, user preferences, important information.
Usage Information: device type, app version, diagnostic information.
What Lixia Does Not Do
Lixia does not observe you outside active user-approved sessions.
Lixia does not identify people.
Lixia does not infer race, religion, political beliefs, sexual orientation, or other sensitive characteristics.
Lixia does not diagnose emotions, mental health conditions, or medical conditions.
Lixia does not secretly listen to conversations.
Memory and Control
Memory exists to help you. Not to trap you.
You can review, search, edit, export, delete, and disable memory at any time.
Lixia does not automatically remember everything. You remain in control.
Silent Observation Mode
Silent Observation Mode allows Lixia to observe without interrupting.
Observation only occurs during active user-approved sessions.
Examples include presentation review, interview practice, and speech coaching.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data.
You can withdraw consent for observation and memory features.
